National Craft Butchers has 130 years’ experience as butchery experts.
Our members include independent butchers, farm shops, small abattoirs, processing and wholesale butchery operations as well as key suppliers to the industry.
The structure of the NCB is headed up by National President with Executive Council Officers who meet on a frequent basis to discuss the effects of current legislation and other topical issues affecting NCB members. Currently our team has over 600 years’ experience within the industry.
